GREAT VALUE ** We have added to our weekend
packages. Arrival is earlier - after 12 noon and
Departure is extended to 3 pm.
A
common question for the Spring is "What is there to do?
My answer is PLAY ! !
A family with two small children stayed with us
recently. The children played in the sand piles, threw frisbee discs, played catch with a ball, ran around the
big grass lawn, and had a BBQ dinner on the deck. They
went for a drive to see moose and deer.
Algonquin park is nearby.
Couples come to add back a little romance into their
relationship. Our personal hot tubs are great place to
spend some quality time under the stars.
How about Bird Watching?

We are
looking forward to the ice leaving the lake on April
22nd. How do I know this?? Because it seems to
happen at the same time each year! After the ice leaves,
there's great spring fishing for lake trout close to the
surface.
Congratulations to Jim and Gabriela on their
engagement! Jim proposed to Gabriela at Beauview
on March 22nd and Gabriela said YES!
March 19: Last Chance to play in the snow
and Say Goodbye to Winter. This coming Easter
weekend we still have great conditions for skiing, snow
tubing, dog sledding, skating on the lake. We are
a great place for a family vacation.
As of March 15: Our resort still has lots of
snow and the snowmobile trails are the best they have
been in years at this time. You'll still be able to
snowmobile on Easter weekend! The Hidden Valley
Ski Resort hills will be open starting Good Friday.
Winter isn't over yet!

February 18, 2008 FAMILY
My family and I will
be returning to
Beauview Cottage
Resort this summer
for our 12th year.
We love this
beautiful part of
the world and we
love the care and
attention to detail
that our hosts, Gord
and Nancy, give to
every visit. I can
honestly say that
their efforts to
make their guests
comfortable is above
and beyond anything
we have experienced
anywhere else in our
travels. From the
home-made jam
waiting for us when
we arrive and the
rubber ducks for
each hot-tub, to the
remote internet
access and long list
of water craft and
movies to borrow,
your every wish is
accommodated. I
highly recommend
this lovely vacation
spot.

February 2, 2008 ROMANCE
We absolutely loved our stay at Beauview!! It was
a little piece of paradise. Very peaceful environment
with nature's beauty all around to enjoy. The cottage
itself was very well maintained and has a welcoming warm
charm. We especially enjoyed cozying up to the fireplace
at night and relaxing in the "hot tub in the snow". The
snowmobile trails were a blast and we will be
reminiscing about our stay until the next time we come
here. Thank you so much for your hospitality
including the extra treasures we found upon arrival -
Yummies in a Jar jam, wonderful scented soaps, and a
bottle of wine - a definite bonus. Thanks again, Chad
and Stacy
We have snow for all
types of Winter Activities. Alpine and Nordic
Skiing, snow tubing, dog sledding, snowshoeing. Be
sure to check for the latest conditions before you come.
